Luxury jars and bottles come in different sizes, so the sticker price says little. Enter up to three products and compare what each costs per ml.
Short answer
Price per ml is the price divided by the size in ml. For sizes in fluid ounces, multiply by 29.57 first (1 US fl oz = 29.5735 ml). Example: $380 for 50 ml is $7.60 per ml, or $224.76 per fl oz.

How the math works
Divide the price by the size in ml. If the box gives the size in fluid ounces, convert first: one US fluid ounce is 29.5735 ml. To get the price per fluid ounce, multiply the price per ml by the same number.
Common sizes in ml and fl oz
Luxury skincare is sold in a handful of standard sizes. Boxes usually round the ounce figure, so 50 ml is printed as 1.7 fl oz even though the exact figure is 1.69.

What price per ml leaves out
Price per ml compares what you pay for the contents, nothing more. It does not say which product suits you, and a larger jar only saves money if you finish it within its period after opening. Read the open-jar symbol on the box before buying the big size; the value and buying topic explains it.
Period after opening
Months the product is meant to be used for once opened. 12M = twelve months.
Batch code
Printed or embossed on the box or the jar. The brand can tell you when that batch was made.
